For one fixed price get our proprietary method for analyzing what an employed physician in your place would cost the employer. We use the most recent MGMA benchmarks to develop an hourly rate that would encompass all the costs an employer would incur for an employed physician (benefits cost, signing bonus, relocation allowance, etc.). Since this calculation is based on recognized benchmarks, the hourly rate calculated would be a reasonable starting point for negotiations.
